  1.      ADD HISTORY HELP

  3.  FILE OPERATIONS:
  4.      
  5.  1) ADD
  6.       Enter "A" then auto skip to date
  7.       Enter date in format MMDDYY 
  8.       Enter drawing numbers without spaces
  9.       or dashes.
  10.       PRESS or CLICK "OK" command button
  11.       to update.
  12.             
  13.  2) INSERT
  14.       Enter "I" then enter REC # at the left of
  15.       the drawing data at the top of the screen.
  16.       The new data will be inserted AHEAD            
  17.       of the record # you specified.
  18.       PRESS or CLICK "OK" command button
  19.       to update.
  20.        
  21.  3) UPDATE
  22.       Enter "U" then enter the REC # at the
  23.       left of the line at the top of the screen
  24.       you want to update. The old data will be 
  25.       refreshed in the date and drawing data
  26.       at the bottom. Either OVERTYPE with the
  27.       new data or go to the end of the data,
  28.       and use the BACKSPACE key to erase up
  29.       to the point you want to change.       
  30.       PRESS or CLICK "OK" command button
  31.       to update.
  32.  
  33.  4) DELETE
  34.       Enter "D" - followed by the REC # at the
  35.       left of the line at the top of the screen
  36.       you want to delete. 
  37.       PRESS or CLICK "OK" command button
  38.       to update.
  39.  
  40.  5) EXIT
  41.       Enter "E" - followed by SAVE to
  42.       finish this screen.

  44.  6) PAGE UP 
  45.       Press this key to view past history 
  46.       going backwards.
  47.       
  48.  7) PAGE DOWN
  49.       Press this key to view past history
  50.       going forwards.

  52. NOTE:  If you try to EXIT or CANCEL out of
  53.       this screen after entering data, the
  54.       system will remind you to save your
  55.       work - PRESS or CLICK the SAVE
  56.       command button to exit this screen.
